Transfer America Reports on Delta Flight Attendant

Last week a Delta Airlines flight attendant was removed from a flight for acting ‘unusual’. When the flight attendant tried to go through the security checkpoint at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport, the TSA agent stated that he thought the flight attendant was acting unusual.

The “flight attendant was scheduled to work the Delta Flight 1266 to Atlanta” when he was stopped by the TSA agent. The flight was delayed until a substitute flight attendant arrived.

The Delta Airlines released a statement saying, “Delta was contacted by the TSA early Wednesday morning re: an allegation that a flight attendant appeared unfit for duty. Delta takes these allegations very seriously and is working to confirm if the allegation is accurate. As a precaution, the attendant was removed from flying. Delta apologizes for the delay customers on Flight 1266 encountered while traveling to Atlanta."
